A. Order
1. Minimum Order Quantity:
* 1 x 20ft container FCL ( Full Container Load ), mixed models with maximum 15 models, and / or;
* 1 x 20ft container FCL ( Full Container Load ), mixed models with minimum quantity is 10 pieces of each model.
2. Delivery Time:
* 45 – 60 days after order confirmation and cleared deposits at the bank.
B. Payment
1. Letter of Credit (L/C), with clauses:
* Irrevocable
* Draft at sight
* Available with/ by : any bank in Indonesia by negotiation
* L/C will be opened directly to [Advising Bank / Swift Code]. Any charges appears caused by indirect L/C opening to [Advising Bank], will be on buyer’s burden
* Percentage total amount tolerance = 10/10
* Partial shipment = allowed
* Transshipment = allowed
* Third party document = allowed
* Expired L/C: [dd/mm/yy], documents presentation in Indonesia country
* ( Any other clauses can be discussed / negotiated later )
2. Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)
* 50% down payment in advance is required as an order confirmation and to start the production. The remaining balance has to be made on shipment. Original documents will be mailed / released to consignee upon receiving the transfer.
